Version 2.14.0 -- released on October 31 -- requires a namespace on all packages.  Currently Portfolio Probe doesn't have a namespace so it doesn't work under 2.14.  (You can install the beta version, but you can't make it go.)

The official release of 1.04 of Portfolio Probe will, of course, work in a wide range of versions of R including 2.14. 

Work on version 1.04 is proceeding well.  There is some additional functionality, the tests have been broadened, and the documentation will be updated.
