Support policy

The licence agreement states the minimum amount of support that we are obliged to provide (a 90-day warranty period). We will endeavor to provide more than that.

We don’t think of support beyond the minimum as being altruism. Happy, productive users of Portfolio Probe are our best sales people.

We are interested in hearing about:

• anything that might be considered a bug

• new applications

• specific problems using Portfolio Probe

There is, of course, a point where support turns into a consulting project. We will let you know if we think you are pushing the boundary.
